Welch's products have been apart of local stores for many
years. The mixed fruit flavors are perfectly incorporated. Also, I have tried
just about every flavor produced and of course I have my selected favorites.
They are prefect for a snack break.

Did Someone Say Fruit Snacks?
I had the pleasure of receiving a few samples of Welch's fruit snacks from 5W Publishing. Yes, I know fruit snacks are loved by kids all over but I'm one adult who loves tasty fruit snacks.

Whole-Wheat Penne w/Asparagus
After craving pasta for the past weeks, it was only right to include my favorite spring vegetable - asparagus. I love when my asparagus is slightly crunchy with olive oil and sprinkled of lemon.
This time I only included 3 main ingredients; penne, asparagus and sweet corn while adding red-peppers which provide beautiful color. It takes only 15 minutes or less to prepare and will force your tongue palate into overdrive. Also, Asparagus is low in calories and is filled with high amounts of nutritious vitamins and minerals such a fiber, calcium and potassium.
